This Corprate Team Build is far removed from the usual “Rubber Tyre Paintball” Team build, but rather a tactical war game. TAS is designed to test a team’s ability to rise above overwhelming odds. With TAS, teams learn how to plan assault strategies, implementation and execution of their strategy. The delegates are ensured to have a good laugh & loads of fun.

IN BUSINESS TODAY, COMPANIES NEED TO POSITION THEMSELVES CORRECTLY IN THE MARKET SECTOR

They need to organize themselves into an effective and powerful teams. Non verbal communication skills and lateral thinking are required in the contact zone. Which team will conquer and have minimal hits!! Will they need to leopard crawl through long grass; will they use the foliage to camouflage themselves, who will “draw” the fire in order for fellow team members to safely reach their target??? In amongst all of the planning and strategy the delegates have a good laugh and loads of fun, while dodging paint balls!!
