In order to achieve and maintain sustainability, a company needs to establish the right balance of people, resources, product, services, and clientele.

DATeam have the ability to cement and implement the fundamental business principals of vision, values and goals on both a personal and company level.

The Management team has a combined experience within the team building industry of approximately twenty-five years. 

 

D Adventure Tours started in 2007; their vision was to provide an All-in-One service to their corporate clientele; Events, Conferencing, Accommodation, Team Building, and In-House Training Consultancy and Transportation requirements.

Our facilitators are passionate, enthusiastic, fun with excellent listening and communication skills, they interact, collaborate, and build relationships with our clientele.

Management realised the importance of establishing a niche market, incorporating both theoretical in-house consultancy/workshops and solutions with practical team building products/events, within the business and corporate sectors.  

​

The combination of these two provides the client with a comprehensive insight into their companies’ challenges, with applicable solutions provided.  Our practical team building products are geared to address their specific objectives, satisfy their needs, and give them a ‘FUN’, memorable and a value-based experience.

Interactive feedback sessions by the delegates, will highlight both their personal and business life; thereby creating the correct balance and productivity levels in order to achieve sustainability.

DATeam’s products are fun, challenging, interesting and some are unique in concept and provide our clients with a wide variety of different team builds.

Our offices in North Riding Estate are located on 2.5 hectares of natural bush within a Nature Conservancy, which is conducive to our business. 

 

Operating predominantly in the Gauteng, Magaliesburg, Parys and Tshwane areas, we have also built up excellent relationships with other team building service providers in South Africa.
