Teambuilding
The teambuilding packages have been carefully put
together after a number of years of experience and feedback from
conducting all of the teambuilding options for both Warthogs Bush Lodge
and Plumari Game Lodge in the Magaliesberg. Our team learned that some
clients do indeed just wish to get out and let off some steam during a
conference whereas others have specific issues in the workplace that
require attention. For the latter, a senior facilitator will meet with
your company representative to understand the issues and objectives and
then put together a tailor-made package taking into account your
working budget. We have found this approach to be highly popular and of
tremendous benefit to the clients involved. Even more rewarding is to
see the progress made by participants whilst having fun. We focus on
the principles of nature (as a system proven to be in equilibrium) and
wildlife (namely from the natural environment in which we are training)
and their relevance and application to personal life, a working
environment or just regarding modern day issues. Our events aim to
promote observation of such principles, understanding of their
relevance and workings, application into our environment of choice
(usually the workplace) and perfection of such application.
We strongly recommend a holistic approach which not only
means addressing immediate concerns but follow-up sessions such that
objectives and progress can be officially monitored over time. Then the
results and benefits are clearly identifiable to the company and
individuals concerned.
Transfers
In order to provide a full turn key solution, D.
Adventure Tours runs a specialist transport arm to enable clients to
enjoy a hassle-free transfer experience. By being based in the
Magaliesberg region we can keep costs low and quickly be at point of
pick-up and destination.
